Love your Littles, Love yourself.

So, you may have noticed I’m a mama, I’ve mentioned Shamrock and Pumpkin in previous posts and they are my Littles. Shamrock is currently 2, and Pumpkin is due in November even though I believe he’ll be early like his brother. With that being said, I know there are a ton of other Mums (And dads) out there that have or had babies and want to get healthy and/or are looking for things to help them navigate through Parenthood. I’m currently working on this myself so I know there have to be other parents out there searching for what works to help train their little one to potty and finally make those diapers disappear. Once Shamrock is potty trained, I know I’ll breathe a little easier and it will also help me when it comes time for Pumpkin to as well. As a mama, I completely understand that sometimes we want to have a quick and easy meal. Whether it’s that we forgot to plan out dinner, we were so busy with the Littles, we’ve had a rough day, or even that we’ve started back to work and just need something quick while we’re getting back into the routine of things, sometimes it’s just nice to be able to have that quick meal so that we can get it done and go back to momming/dadding. It’s even better when those meals are healthy, so here’s are some Quick (and delicious) healthy recipes to try:

If you’re more into drinking your meals, this one is for you. For the longest time, my favorite foods have been breakfast foods, but when I get up in the morning and eat, I tend to get sick. But whenever I’ve been pregnant, I know it’s not an option to skip the meal and do intermittent fasting. So I found an alternative: smoothies and shakes. This set of recipes can be used if you’d rather drink your meal, are doing a juicing cleanse, or if you just want to make yourself a snack/treat.

We all know that with babies and kids, all of our immune systems get wonky. We seem to get sick easier, pass things around our families, and sometimes we need help understanding why that happens and ways we can help ourselves to not only get better but to help build up our immunities. This book covers different topics on what our bodies may be missing, how to help with that, and different ways to boost your immune system just with activities.
